Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment. Remove kitchen garbage and trash. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
