Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Remote location. Management. Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Supervise staff. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities. Enforce policies and procedures. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Establish work schedules. Provide staff training. Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items. Help with scheduling and workflow.
