Job Description Job DescriptionJob Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves hands-on tasks that contribute to the beautification and upkeep of various landscapes, ensuring they remain healthy, functional, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain landscape features, including flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements. • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery using strong mechanical knowledge and safe operating practices. • Utilize power tools and hand tools for landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, trimming, pruning, and general maintenance. • Perform regular landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Qualifications
• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field required. • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools. • Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping tasks. • Ability to dig, plant, and maintain gardens with attention to detail. • Passion for working outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed. • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a commitment to delivering quality results. Work Environment
• Outdoor work environment in a variety of weather conditions. • Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods. Preferred Skills
