Rainhouse Manufacturing Canada Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper/Receiver to join our operations team. This role is responsible for managing the flow of materials throughout our facility, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory, efficient warehouse operations, and reliable on-time shipments.
What You?ll Do
Shipping & Receiving
* Receive incoming materials, components, and supplies and verify against purchase orders and packing slips * Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies * Prepare customer shipments, including packing, labelling, and documentation * Coordinate courier and freight pickups * Ensure accurate shipment records and tracking information
Inventory Control
* Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/MRP system * Perform cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies * Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials * Maintain proper labelling, storage, and traceability of all materials
Continuous Improvement & Administration
* Support 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives * Assist in improving warehouse organization and material flow * Maintain accurate ERP/MRP transactions and reporting * Follow all company quality and safety procedures * Provide additional support-related activities as required
What We?re Looking For
* Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations (manufacturing experience is an asset) * Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an asset * Forklift experience is an asset * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and data entry) * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required * Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse best practices is an asset

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
