*Your Role*
* Work with the roofing crew to install, repair, and replace commercial/industrial flat roofing systems (torch?on, single?ply, and more) * Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards * Perform job site setup, cleanup, and material handling * Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time * Represent the company with professionalism on client sites * Participate in paid training and follow all company safety protocols
*What We?re Looking For*
* 3 years of flat roofing experience (required) * Valid *WHMIS 2015* and *Working at Heights* certifications (required) * Skilled in torching and other flat roofing techniques * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions * Strong reliability, teamwork, and safety-first mindset * Experience in construction or mechanics is an asset
*Schedule*
* Full-time & permanent (40 hours/week) * Monday to Friday
