QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying facility support contracting principles and contract administration practices; reviewing and interpreting contract specifications, drawings, and performance work statements; conducting inspections to assess contractor performance and compliance with contract requirements; and documenting inspection results and performance findings. Major DutiesYou will serve as the primary on-site Government Performance Assessment Representative to assess contractor performance.You will review and comprehend contract requirements, performance objectives and standards, technical proposals, quality control plans, work schedules, and submittals.You will perform on-site inspections of maintenance construction and service contracts to ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety requirements.You will document contractor performance, identify deficiencies, and prepare Performance Assessment Worksheets supported by narratives, photographs, diagrams, and other relevant data.You will investigate complex customer complaints involving contract performance, damages, property loss, and other contract-related issues, and recommend corrective actions.You will review contractor invoices against inspection reports and recommend approval, disapproval, or appropriate payment adjustments based on contract performance.
