Job SummaryYou will serve as senior Cyber Technology Officer within U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command. You will be required to apply current, comprehensive knowledge of the cyberspace mission, major program objectives, functions, program participant roles/responsibilities, and supporting technologies and to direct strategic technology planning, cyberspace program requirements analysis, concept development, and solution delivery for the Marine Corps' portion of the DoD Information Network.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ 1. Demonstrated Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) & DoDIN technical strategy and engineering experience, leading enterprise-wide DCO and DoDIN infrastructure design. Possess experience with the integration of emergent technologies, network security assurance, and the leveraging of private sector advances to enhance operational capability. TQ 2. Demonstrated Cyber Organizational Leadership & Program Governance, providing authoritative direction for multi-faceted cyber organizations while managing complex projects to meet enterprise architecture goals. Possess the ability to formulate and defend technical programs, manage diverse stakeholder relationships across inter-agency and industry partners to execute program management objectives. Major DutiesYou will develop and implement Defensive Cyber Operations and Department of Defense Information Network operations capabilities and infrastructure as well as Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group and associated cyber mission forces.You will solve a wide range of military problems and develop courses of action based on professional experience sometimes in the absence of specific direction from higher headquarters.You will apply functional and programmatic expertise to establish and maintain productive working relationships with DoD, Government and other potential cyberspace partners to foster mission success and evolve cyberspace operational capabilities.You will serve as principal advisor for cyberspace prototyping and recommended acquisition activities across Joint Force Headquarters - DoDIN, DISA, DARPA, Marine Corps C4, MCSC, DoN CIO, SPAWAR, DoN RDTE, and the Chief Information Officer.You will represent the command on a variety of executive-level engagements including but is not limited to, executive representation internal and external to the Department of Defense.
