Candidate Profile

A minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales within the lighting industry is preferred. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong network and established connections in the lighting sector are highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

01. Sales Achievement - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base in construction, projects and industrial sectors. 02. Promotions and Activities - Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional strategies. 03. Networking and Relationship Building - Leverage industry connections to drive growth and build lasting relationships with clients, distributors and stakeholders. 04. Performance Under Pressure - Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and targets.
