Main duties of the job

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions).
Experience Essential
Experienced GP with a genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Essential
Evidence of continued professional development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety and quality. Ability to build supportive, positive working relationships. Embraces change and contributes positively to team dynamics. Committed to the values and vision of OneMedicare. High standard of clinical accuracy, reliability and attention to detail. Strong digital and clinical system literacy (EMIS desirable).
