Salaried GP | The Light Surgery | 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
The Light Surgery are seeking a dedicated and skilled Salaried GP to join our team at The Light Surgery on a permanent basis. Working 20 hours per week, you will earn between £80,000 and £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care. Main duties of the job
As a Salaried GP, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, with responsibilities that span both clinical and administrative duties.
You will make autonomous decisions in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for those with complex and long-term health conditions. Your expertise will support the teams ongoing development and help shape a proactive approach to patient care.

Job description Job responsibilities You will:
Provide clinical and administrative sessions, ensuring patient-centred care is at the forefront of all decisions. Proactively manage patients with complex and long-term health conditions, promoting wellness and preventative care. Offer expert advice and guidance to the wider multidisciplinary team to enhance overall service delivery. What makes us different key practice details: All appointments are 15 minutes long To protect our staff and improve quality of care we limit formal patient contacts to a maximum of 27 contacts per day You will have protected break time and clinical administrative time rotad into your day Our centralised clinical administration team and medical secretaries support with workload Our innovative clinical model focuses on promoting wellbeing, personalised planned care and timely access to care for patients What You'll Get:

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Registered with the GMC and included on the GP Specialty Register. Listed on the GP Performers List.
Experience Essential
Experience in primary or urgent care settings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Essential
Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation. Strong organisational skills to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
