About this role
We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our Front Office team on a part time basis. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment at the school. The working hours for this role will be 8:00am - 4:30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Term Time only.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming telephone calls and emails, responding to queries or directing them appropriately Manage meeting room bookings and maintain the school calendar Receive deliveries and coordinate with relevant teams Sort incoming and outgoing post Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area in collaboration with premises staff Provide general administrative support to the Front Office teamAbout You
