Main duties of the job As a Night Care Assistant, you will join the Agincare family, working in The Chestnuts in Aylesbury. You will provide support, companionship, communication, and engagement to clients. Your duties will include personal care such as helping with bathing, dressing, oral care, and personal hygiene. You will assist with medication, meals, and light domestic tasks while supporting clients to live as independently as possible. Agincare offers £12.91 per hour, and a refer a friend scheme with bonuses up to £1000. Career development is supported with fully funded training up to QCF level 5, a Blue Light care discount package, company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. The role offers both full and part-time opportunities, requiring alternate weekend shifts.

Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care. Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams. Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages. Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks. Qualifications Essential
A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK. Experience working in care is required. Alternative shifts are available for full-time and part-time workers.
