Main duties of the job As an HR Business Partner at Agincare, you'll be an integral part of our Head Office team in Bristol. Your role will involve providing daily HR guidance and support to line managers, using data and analytics to influence decisions, and resolving complex employee relations issues. You'll also support the grievance processes, coach managers to enhance HR expertise, partner with leadership teams to improve morale and productivity, and drive cultural alignment through strategic HR practices. You'll need proven experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, a good understanding of HR processes, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. Skills and Experience
Essential:
Proven experience in a similar HR role Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal A solid understanding of HR processes and best practices A proactive, self-motivated approach Flexibility and adaptability A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (with a willingness to travel)Desirable:
A Level 5+ qualification in HR or currently studying towards one Previous experience in Health and Social Care A collaborative team player with a genuine commitment to personal development

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Essential qualifications include proven experience in a similar HR role and strong communication skills. A working understanding of HR processes and best practices is required, along with a proactive and adaptable approach. Candidates must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle. A Level 5 qualification in HR or being enrolled in one, prior experience in Health and Social Care, and being a collaborative team player committed to personal development are desirable.
