QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience using Defense Travel System (DTS) in a DTS Clerk or Non-DTS Entry Agent; Knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations, Federal Travel Regulations and Foreign Travel Clearance Guide; Knowledge of the Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Center (NATEC) organization; Skills in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Management Information Systems (MIS; Skills in cost and data analysis. Major DutiesYou will be responsible for the direct support to the Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Center detachment (NATEC) and its satellites by organizing, collecting, analyzing, coordinating and presenting information related to workload.You will provide management and/or program analytical functions in support of the NATEC mission.You will serve as a liaison and technical expert for the interpretation and application of temporary travel directives, policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.You will maintain contact with the Organization Defense Travel Administration (ODTA) to define functional resolution of specific problems and issues.
