Main duties of the job The HR Advisor at Agincare is a vital part of the Head Office team, focused on delivering a high-quality, people-focused HR service. With responsibilities that span multiple business areas, the advisor is expected to provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, workplace matters, and to support team development. Key duties include attending employee relations meetings, guiding managers, managing HR systems in compliance with GDPR and CQC standards, and coordinating new starters and training tracking. The role also involves producing management reports, supporting HR projects, and ensuring compliance with ASCWDF requirements. This role demands someone self-motivated, flexible, and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills. Experience in HR at the advisor level is essential, and a full driving license is desirable.

Qualifications Essential

Experienced in HR, ideally at Advisor level; Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel); An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills; Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality; A self-motivated and flexible individual with a proactive approach.
