Youll enjoy a salary of £15,862.08 per year with a refer-a-friend bonus of up to £1,000. You will also receive a mileage allowance of 32p per mile and have great career development opportunities, including fully funded training up to QCF Level 5. We require experience in social care at a supervisory level, a well-organised, self-motivated approach, availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties, a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle, and at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

In this role, you will:

Carry out care assessments and regular reviews Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheldYoull also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Experience in social care at a supervisory level. A well-organised, self-motivated approach. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
