If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor. Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents. You will ensure that work is completed and recorded
Main duties of the job As a Maintenance Person at Agincare Homes Holdings, you'll leverage your experience in maintenance and gardening to manage repairs and upkeep of the building and grounds in accordance with health and safety standards.
