Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, ideally within an MSP
- Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, Windows Server, and VMware and/or Hyper-V
- Hands-on datacentre, server, and storage experience
- Solid networking skills, including firewalls, VLANs, routing, switching, and VPNs
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Azure
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure across multiple client environments
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualisation technologies
- Support datacentre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, VPNs, and network connectivity
- Administer Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Deliver infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technical projects
- Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
