Requirements
- Previous experience testing CRM systems or business applications
- HubSpot experience is highly desirable; experience testing other CRM platforms is also relevant
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Experience working with data and maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Comfortable providing training, guidance, and support to end users
- Able to work independently, manage your workload, and meet deadlines
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with reports and datasets
Responsibilities
- Test new CRM developments and workflows
- Generate reports and integrate system enhancements before release
- Assist with implementing system changes and improvements
- Support end users through system updates
- Gather user feedback and communicate issues, concerns, and enhancement requests to developers
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify, log, and track system defects through to resolution
- Clean, validate, and maintain CRM data
- Investigate data issues
- Build relationships across the business and provide ongoing user support
- Work independently on testing and data-related tasks while collaborating with the wider team on projects and improvements

- We are seeking a Test & Data Analyst to join a collaborative team and help roll out, test, and continually improve a business-critical CRM platform.
- The role combines system testing, data quality, and user support.
- It is based in our Braintree office, with free on-site parking, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm; start and finish times are flexible provided core hours are worked.
- This is a temporary assignment through 31 March 2027, paying £15.00–£15.38 per hour.
