Requirements
- Experience in Application Support
- Working knowledge of SQL, including comfort with the basics and willingness to develop further
- Enjoyment of investigating technical problems and finding their root causes
Responsibilities
- Use SQL to investigate data and troubleshoot application issues
- Work alongside developers to understand and resolve problems
- Work with application logs and integrations, and contribute to root cause analysis
- Build technical skills and take on more complex challenges
