Requirements
- Hands-on RPA development experience using Blue Prism HQ
- Strong understanding of process automation, data handling, and exception management
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
- Clear and confident communication and collaboration skills
- Eligible and prepared to undergo government security vetting
- Five years of UK residency, with no extended periods outside the UK, to meet the required security vetting level
- RPA certifications are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using platforms such as Blue Prism or Blue Prism HQ
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across government operations
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation and support the full lifecycle of automation delivery
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with public sector compliance and security standards
- Continuously optimize and maintain deployed bots to improve performance
