Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Intune administration experience
- Experience with SCCM/MECM
- Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Experience managing Apple devices using Jamf and Apple School Manager
- Windows Autopilot deployment experience
- PowerShell scripting skills
- Understanding of Azure technologies
- Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance
- Proven experience in a 3rd Line, EUC, Endpoint or Infrastructure support role
- Desirable: Microsoft, Apple or MDM certifications
- Desirable: ITIL Foundation
- Desirable: Experience with application packaging and deployment
- Desirable: Knowledge of IP Telephony solutions
- Desirable: Experience working within the education sector
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support and technical escalation for endpoint-related issues.
- Manage Windows, macOS, iOS and iPadOS devices.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, Apple School Manager and Apple Configurator.
- Support Windows Autopilot and Apple automated device enrolment.
- Package and deploy applications, updates, patches and drivers.
- Monitor device health, compliance and security posture.
- Support endpoint security technologies, including BitLocker, FileVault and Microsoft Defender.
- Create PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
- Produce technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to infrastructure and technology projects.
