Requirements
- Accomplished technology leader with senior-level experience in a complex, multi-site organisation.
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, such as Head of IT, IT Director, or Group IT Manager.
- Experience developing and delivering technology strategies across multiple sites or international operations.
- Strong experience with ERP implementation, transformation, or consolidation projects.
- Proven background in infrastructure, networking, business systems, cloud, and security.
- Experience managing technology budgets and strategic supplier relationships.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and Boards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our Group technology strategy, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.
- Lead technology strategy, innovation, and business systems across our multisite organisation.
- Shape and deliver our Group IT vision, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
- Work with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive efficiency, improve customer experience, standardise systems, and support future growth.
