Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Experienced in HR, ideally at Advisor level. Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel). Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
