Main duties of the job As a Support Worker at Enable, you will play a crucial role in making a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals who rely on our services. The role involves supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and complex needs. Enthusiasm, great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach are essential. The role requires working in services across Rainham, Rochester, Gillingham in Kent. We offer an hourly salary of £13.00, a refer a friend scheme, and outstanding career development opportunities. Full training and development are provided, along with a Blue Light card discount package and a company pension scheme. Responsibilities include encouraging independence, supporting daily activities, effective communication, promoting quality of life, and keeping accurate records. Supporting Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.

Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
Recording- keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management

Qualifications Essential
A minimum of 12 months experience in support work, a full valid UK driver's license.
