Job Summary
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) of DEPT NAVAL SCIENCE CAL MARITIME ACAD.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following
- 1) Maintaining filing systems of various records;
- 2) Enter data into automated database systems;
- 3) Review documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines;
- 4) Utilize office automation equipment and software in order to prepare a variety of forms and correspondence.

Major Duties
- You will update and maintain data on staff and assist with tuition costing data.
- You will coordinate submission of scholarship packages and track status.
- You will compose a variety of Naval and business letters, memoranda and directives.
- You will monitor and update data from personnel accounting system.
- You will obtain all essential information from commissionees to complete information necessary to prepare pre-commissioning packets and officer's records.
