- Perform detailed visual inspections of resin tubes to verify overall appearance and detect defects.
- Measure tube length and diameter using a tape measure and other tools to ensure all products meet tolerance and quality specifications.
- Check every piece before feeding it into the packaging machine to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Operate ILU equipment after training, using a human-machine interface (HMI) to monitor and adjust machine settings.
- Analyze product output and make adjustments to temperature, pressure, and speed on the ILU machine to achieve the correct consistency.

- Machine operation experience, particularly with equipment that uses an HMI for monitoring and adjustments.
- Problem-solving skills to diagnose and correct issues with machine settings such as temperature, pressure, and speed.
- Interest in learning ILU machine operation, which typically takes 36 months to master and involves ongoing process optimization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and safety.
