Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Conduct micro-welding operations with precision and accuracy.
• Carry out leak testing to ensure high-quality standards.
• Engage in cleanroom assembly, adhering to strict cleanliness protocols.
• Utilize tools such as calipers, multimeters, and gauges for quality inspections.
• Follow written work instructions and procedures meticulously.
• Collaborate effectively within a cross-trained team environment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembly techniques.
• Experience with GMP and cleanroom protocols.
• Ability to perform welding operations with tight tolerances.
• Skill in using leak testers and conducting quality inspections.
• Competence in operating calipers and multimeters.

• Strong attendance and reliability record.
• Comfortable working in a clean room environment and wearing PPE.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read tape measures and calipers.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
