Medication -Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams. Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages. Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks. Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility. Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.

Qualifications Essential
