Main duties of the job The position of Care Assistant - Female Only at Agincare UK in Poole offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. As a Home Care Assistant, you will help individuals live with dignity and joy in their own homes. This role is meant for female applicants only due to the nature of providing personal care for women, as specified under the Equality Act 2010 to preserve their dignity and privacy. While no prior experience in care is needed, applicants should have strong empathy, a caring and compassionate nature, and good people skills.
