Main duties of the job As a Bank Care Assistant at Agincare Homes Holdings in Bexhill-on-Sea, you'll be joining a dedicated team at St Peters Park Retirement Village. This facility provides a welcoming and secure environment within a community setting, conveniently located in Bexhill. Your responsibilities will include providing companionship, assisting with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing, supporting healthy meal preparation, administering medications, and aiding with mobility to maintain client independence. Additionally, you'll help with light domestic chores and coordinate social activities. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.76, along with benefits like a refer-a-friend scheme, career development opportunities, fully funded training, and a company pension. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK and should be aware this is a zero hour contract.

Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement Personal care -supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care. Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams. Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages. Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks.
