Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements: At least 2 years experience owning business applications, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365.Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365.Experience managing product roadmaps, requirements, and system improvements.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.A proactive, personable approach, with the ability to build relationships, influence users, and champion change.Comfortable taking ownership and working across business and technology teams.Energy, enthusiasm, and confidence engaging operational teams, challenging existing processes, and improving how people use technology. Responsibilities: Take full ownership of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, including the product roadmap, enhancements, and ongoing development.Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and deliver improvements.Drive user adoption by helping operational teams understand the value of new functionality and ways of working.Manage and optimise the wider applications portfolio, including Power Pages and Customer Voice.Support the future introduction of Dynamics 365 Business Central.Work with external technology partners to deliver system enhancements and integrations.Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and better customer experiences. We are an established organisation seeking a Business Applications Manager to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and help shape the future of our business applications. This role combines functional D365 expertise, product ownership, and stakeholder engagement. It is hybrid, with two or three days on site and the rest remote. We offer a salary of £55,000, a bonus, a 22.8% employer pension contribution, 38 days of holiday, and private medical cover.
