Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Licensed Conveyancer Cardiff – Hybrid
This is an opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal or qualified Licensed Conveyancer to join a Legal 100 law firm in central Cardiff. You will take over an established caseload from regular referrers.
Your experience:
Previously experience of running your own conveyancing caseload Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified fee earner The role:
Handling your own caseload of plot sales plus buy backs, staircasing and redemptions for shared ownership/equity propertiesWorking with housing associationsAdvising on new site set upDocument drafting, such as transfers and leases Demonstrating xcellent client communication skills This position will offer you:
