New Homes Solicitor/Legal Executive Taunton, Somerset
Our client is a very established and reputed law firm with an excellent presence already across Devon & Somerset.
The Role
You will work on a caseload of plot sales, acting for a variety of both large & small developers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing the title, planning documents and searches for entire developmentsRaising site-wide enquiriesPreparing master site precedent reports, to then be used for individual plot purchases About You
Ideally you should be a qualified Solicitor or Legal ExecutiveNewly Qualified Solicitors are encouraged to get in touchNew Homes/Plot Sales experience is not needed as full training will be givenUnqualified fee earners with new homes/plot sales experience will be considered Salary & Benefits
