A well-established West Yorkshire law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor with around 4 years PQE to join its family team in Huddersfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a solid grounding in family law who is looking to develop their expertise within a supportive and collaborative firm environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied family law caseload, including:
• Divorce and separation • Matrimonial finance and financial remedy matters • Private children matters • Cohabitation and separation agreements • Injunctions • Advising clients on a range of family law issues • Managing client relationships and providing clear, practical advice • Handling Legal Aid matters where appropriate
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, develop your technical expertise and build strong relationships with clients, with support from an experienced team.
About You
The firm is looking for a Family Solicitor with around 4 years PQE and a strong background in family law. You should have:
• Experience handling your own family law caseload • A good understanding of matrimonial finance and private children matters • Strong communication and client care skills • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently • A professional and approachable manner • A genuine interest in developing your career within family law
