Our client is a leading Thames Valley law firm seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Legal Director Commercial Litigation Solicitor (8+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Reading.
This is a genuine Partner Designate opportunity, offering a clear pathway to Partnership for an ambitious Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
You will handle a high-quality caseload of complex commercial disputes, advising businesses, directors, shareholders, investors and senior executives. Work will include:
Commercial, contractual, corporate and shareholder disputesPartnership and director disputesContentious insolvency and restrictive covenant mattersNegotiation, mediation, ADR and court proceedingsHigh-value and strategically important litigation, including High Court workDeveloping client relationships and contributing to business development About You
8+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation / Dispute ResolutionStrong experience handling complex commercial disputesConfident advising corporates, directors, shareholders and business ownersCommercially minded with strong client management and business development skillsAmbitious and interested in progressing towards Partnership Why Apply?
