The successful candidate will help manage a portfolio of local residential properties, overseeing maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters from start to finish.
You will liaise closely with landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong professional relationships and keeping all properties compliant.

Managing a portfolio of residential properties and handling day-to-day tenancy mattersLiaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve maintenance and property issuesEnsuring properties meet current legislation, safety requirements and compliance standardsOrganising repairs, maintenance and property inspections while keeping landlords updatedManaging tenancy renewals, deposits, check-in and check-out processesDealing with rent arrears, preparing reports and providing a high level of customer service What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
