About this role

Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Rota Nanny/Governess to join an international UHNW family based in Monaco with occasional travel within Europe, providing dedicated care and support to their 8-year-old daughter.

This is a challenging, but rewarding position and the family is looking for someone who can fit seamlessly into their busy household. The ideal candidate will encourage their daughter’s intellectual curiosity and development, whilst confidently managing sometimes challenging behaviour, building trust to establish firm but nurturing boundaries, and implementing structured, consistent strategies to encourage meaningful, long-term improvements for the child, her emotional regulation and overall wellbeing.
