Salary: £25,000–£31,000 OTE (basic salary + commission structure to be confirmed based on experience)

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Lettings Negotiator to join a growing and ambitious estate agency in Lichfield.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and delivering a high level of customer service. The company has grown rapidly and is continuing to expand, so they are looking for a friendly, driven and personable individual to join their lettings team.
The Role You will be responsible for supporting the lettings process and providing a positive experience for landlords, tenants and prospective applicants.
Key responsibilities will include:
Dealing with landlords, tenants and applicants on a daily basisArranging and conducting property viewingsHandling enquiries and following up with prospective tenantsBuilding strong relationships with clients and applicantsSupporting the lettings team with day-to-day administrationKeeping clients updated throughout the lettings processRepresenting the company professionally at all timesWorking as part of a busy and supportive team About You The ideal candidate will be confident, friendly and naturally good at building rapport with people.
Previous lettings or estate agency experience would be beneficial, but personality, communication skills and attitude are more important. The company would also consider the right candidate looking to start their career in property, including an apprentice.
