Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm with a strong commercial property practice. Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of high-value work, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to its Newbury team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to handle high-quality work within a growing and commercially focused practice, with genuine scope for career progression and further development of their client base.
The Role
You will advise a broad range of commercial clients, including landlords, tenants, developers, investors and business owners, on matters including:
Commercial leases and landlord & tenant workFreehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsCommercial property developmentProperty investment and portfolio mattersNegotiating and drafting complex commercial property documentationDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationships About You
5+ years' PQE in Commercial PropertyStrong experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactionsConfident advising landlords, tenants, developers and investorsStrong drafting, negotiation and client management skillsCommercially minded with a proactive approach to business developmentA client following is desirable but not essential Why Apply?
