A well established and highly regarded law firm in Hull is looking to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to its growing property team.
This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to be part of a supportive team, handling a varied caseload of interesting commercial property work.
You will work with a broad range of clients including local businesses, developers and investors, with the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters and build strong client relationships.
What you’ll be working on:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial propertyLandlord and tenant mattersLease negotiations and renewalsProperty development workSecured lending transactionsProviding practical and commercially focused advice to clients What they’re looking for:
2 to 5 years PQE in Commercial Property, or equivalent experienceGood technical knowledge across a range of commercial property mattersComfortable managing your own files and working with a degree of autonomyStrong communication and client care skillsA positive and approachable attitude What’s on offer?
