Warehouse Operative – PM & Night Shifts – Crick (NN6)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire (NN6).
Please note: This vacancy is advertised in Leicester, but the actual workplace is in Crick, Northamptonshire (NN6). Candidates must be able to commute to Crick for their shifts and this position will suit applicants with their own transport.

This position would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Warehouse Assistant or Logistics Operative.
Shifts
• Working 5 days out of 7 • PM Shift: 3PM–11PM • Night Shift: 11PM–7AM
Rates of Pay
• PM Shift: £14.77 per hour • PM Overtime: £18.70 per hour after 37.5 hours • Night Shift: £15.32 per hour • Night Overtime: £19.25 per hour after 37.5 hours

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
• Carrying out general warehouse duties • Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently • Loading and unloading vehicles safely • Processing and preparing orders for dispatch • Scanning and labelling items correctly • Handling returns and maintaining stock accuracy • Following all health and safety guidelines
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
• Basic level of spoken and written English • Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing or logistics • Experience using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology • Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude • Good communication and teamwork skills • Positive and proactive approach • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to commute to Crick (NN6) for PM or night shifts

• Full training provided • Ongoing development support throughout your assignment
