Warehouse Operative – Fixed AM Shifts - Islip, Kettering (NN14 3JW)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Kettering / Islip (NN14 3JW).
You will be working Kettering/Islip.

This role would suit candidates who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Order Picker, or Picker Packer, as well as those with experience as a Warehouse Worker, Logistics Operative, or Distribution Operative.
Shifts:
Tuesday to Saturday: 6.00am - 2.00pm
Rates of Pay:
AM Shift: Monday to Friday: £13.40 per hour AM Shift: Saturday and Sunday: £17.76 per hour Benefits:

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehiclesSorting and placing stock onto pallets and railsPicking goods using LLOP equipment in line with KPI targetsPreparing and completing warehouse orders for dispatchMaintaining high standards of housekeeping and health and safetyOperating LLOP vehicles safely and efficientlyLifting and carrying products weighing up to fifteen kilogramsSupporting warehouse operations as required Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
Previous warehouse experience is essentialLLOP experience is desirable but not essentialOwn reliable transport due to site location and shift timesAbility to work full-time fixed PM shiftsBasic English and numeracy skillsPhysically fit and comfortable lifting up to fifteen kilogramsFlexibility to work additional hours when requiredAbility to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test and basic English and Numeracy TestProof of Right to Work in the UK Training Provided:
