EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Blackpool areaStart Date: Immediate Start AvailableHours: Full-Time, 37 Hours per WeekContract: Ongoing until Summer 2027Salary: Competitive rates of pay We are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their education.
Day-to-day of the role:
Supporting pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging learning activities.Helping to create a positive, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.Providing both group and 1:1 support where required.Encouraging children's social, emotional, and academic development.Supporting classroom preparation and daily routines. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification.Has previous experience working within an EYFS setting.Is proactive, organised, and able to work independently when required.Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Is committed to helping children achieve their full potential.Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
