No two days are the same. You'll be:
Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for SEN and education rolesInterviewing, registering and onboarding candidatesBuilding strong relationships with candidates throughout their employment journeySupporting compliance and safeguarding processesDelivering exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactionsMatching candidates with rewarding opportunities in schoolsSupporting consultants with bookings, candidate management and day-to-day operationsMaintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are completed efficiently What We're Looking For
