We're hiring experienced recruiters to join our Leeds office on either our HR recruitment desk or our sales recruitment desk.
Both desks offer the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships, grow your market and maximise your earnings through uncapped commission, backed by the strength of the Reed brand and an experienced local team.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing and developing a specialist recruitment deskBuilding relationships with new and existing clients across YorkshireGrowing market share through business development and networkingManaging the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer and placementSourcing, interviewing and engaging high-quality candidatesActing as a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidatesWorking towards clear financial and performance objectives with uncapped earning potential
