About the Role The Director of Clinic Strategy & Operations will report to our AVP – Clinic Operations leader. This Director will be a key player in leading strategy, expansion, and performance optimization across our clinic network. This leader will drive measurable growth, improve operational performance, and scale high-quality care delivery models. The role blends strategic planning, financial rigor, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment. You Are Comfortable operating without perfectly defined roadmaps Biased toward action, moving decisively while others are still aligning Resilient with the stamina to push through obstacles and complexity Relentlessly resourceful and obsessed with identifying root causes and fixing problems Growth-driven and energized by building, scaling, and improving systems Deeply mission-aligned and motivated by delivering meaningful impact in healthcare Growth & Expansion Develop and execute multi-year clinic growth strategy across existing and new markets Identify expansion opportunities (de novo sites, service line growth, partnerships, acquisitions) Build financial models and investment cases to support capital allocation decisions Conduct market, competitive, and payer landscape analysis Operational Performance Own clinic-level KPIs including volume, revenue, margin, quality, and access Establish standardized dashboards and reporting to drive accountability Improve provider productivity, patient throughput, and cost efficiency Lead performance turnaround initiatives where needed Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across clinical, finance, people, and technology teams Drive disciplined project management and risk mitigation Translate strategy into clear implementation roadmaps with defined outcomes Team Leadership Build and develop a high-performing strategy and operations team Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
