We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Coordinator to help create a positive, stimulating, and supportive environment for our patients and residents. In this role, you will work closely with the Activity Director to develop and facilitate recreation, social, and therapeutic activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being. Organize engaging programs that support residents' interests, abilities, and therapeutic needs. Encourage patient and resident participation in recreational, social, educational, and wellness activities. Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere that promotes quality of life and meaningful engagement. Support special events, holiday celebrations, and community activities. Build positive relationships with patients, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Assist with activity documentation and program evaluations as needed. Ensure activity areas and supplies are organized, safe, and ready for use.
