Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Spa Therapist, you’re not just providing exceptional spa treatments and personalized wellness experiences, you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by helping guests relax, rejuvenate, and create memorable moments throughout their stay.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Deliver exceptional spa treatments: Perform a variety of professional spa treatments and therapies in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Provide personalized guest care: Greet guests warmly, conduct treatment consultations, understand individual needs, and recommend suitable treatments and wellness products. Maintain treatment room standards: Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment and ensure all equipment, linens, and supplies are clean, organized, and ready for use. Promote spa services and products: Actively recommend spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products to enhance the guest experience and support spa revenue goals. Ensure health and safety compliance: Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and professional spa environment. Support spa operations: Assist with appointment scheduling, guest inquiries, and other spa-related duties as required to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
