They’re now looking for a Paid Social Strategist to join their growing team and be their 6 employee. If you’re passionate about data-driven marketing and love optimising paid social strategies for maximum impact, they want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage a portfolio of Paid Social accounts across Meta and TikTokBuild and optimise campaign structures to support performance and testingLead structured creative testing across hooks, formats, audiences and offersBrief creative teams and provide clear, actionable feedbackManage budgets, bidding and ongoing optimisation against client targetsDeliver insightful reporting, explaining performance, learnings and next stepsBuild strong client relationships through calls and regular commsStay ahead of platform updates and emerging trends What’s In It for You?

2+ years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns, agency sideStrong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a mustGood understanding of GA4, attribution and campaign measurementConfident analysing performance and turning data into clear insights and recommendationsExcellent attention to detail across ad copy, UTMs, naming conventions and creativeComfortable working directly with clients and explaining the thinking behind your recommendations Ready to take your paid social career to the next level?
